Not sure about you guys, but I love to eat ba chor mee! I mean for those who are with me for a long time will know, because I always blog about it before. Anyway, one of our friend recently told us that her parents are now selling ba chor mee at a hawker stall, so I went down with Ran and my mum to support them! She told us her parents started this stall because her dad couldn't catch up with using computer for his own interior design company and prefers to do drawings by hands, so soon he became redundant. Thus that is why he started his own hawker business with together with his wife. I find it very relatable because many of the older generations had a hard time keeping up with the fast pace of technology advancement because it changes so rapidly.

Just talking about social media alone, there are so many social media platforms that we use now that even my mum who is pretty quick in adapting and using them, couldn't catch up that fast too (she doesn't know how snapchat works lol). Well, also maybe because the users for snapchat are primarily the younger crowd hahaha.

We went down to support and try out their food last Sunday for our brunch!

Yay here comes our yummy ba chor mee! Our mum told us that now rarely people will still give meat balls for ba chor mee already because many hawkers stalls are cutting cost on it. But they still serve it together with the soup!

They actually homemade the chili that they used the in noodles themselves for 4 hours every week! No wonder the chili taste so different! To me it's quite spicy though (but Ran and mum think it is just nice). For those who wants to know, their stall is located at the second level of 253 Keat Hong Shopping Centre and they are open from Tuesday to Sunday 6am - 2pm! ;)
